The Company is an integrated automotive business with operations ranging from automotive and component manufacturing, distribution and after sales services throughout Indonesia, car rental, used car sales, consumer finance for automotive products, insurance and infrastructure. As of December 31, 2007, it had a total number of 25 direct and indirect subsidiaries. It has partnerships with some international automotive entities such as Toyota, Honda, Daihatsu, Isuzu, BMW, Peugeot, Lexus and Nissan Diesel. In addition, it has formed strategic alliances with international corporations including Komatsu, Fuji-Xerox and CMG. The Company is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Pada 1H08, Perseroan telah menjual mobil sebanyak 116.000 unit, dan targetkan penjualan sebanyak 250.000 pada FY 09. Pada 1H08, perseroan juga telah menjual 1 juta unit motor dan targetkan penjualan motor sampai akhir tahun ini sebanyak 2,5 juta unit.
